This is part two of my photo shoot with dancer Liat. The second half we wanted to go a bit more moody and I think we both achieved that. Enjoy :)

When Liat and I met for coffee before our shoot we discussed that Audrey Hepburn was going to be our north star. We wanted to have a sort of simple old vintage vibe but keep it current. We had two parts of the shoot, the first being very light and airy and the second part having a lot more mood and depth. Liat brought a whole lot of vibes with the shoot and it was simply a pleasure!

Aspen was such a pleasure to work with. We got coffee a couple weeks prior to the shoot and discussed ideas and got to know each other. I find it to be such an honor when i’m entrusted to capture someone in a photo. We were always on the same page with ideas and direction and had the best time :)

If I find that I have access to an old church in the middle of a small town in the midwest, I can’t think of anything more appealing. I’m not sure what it is but I love walking through and documenting silent moments in the most humble places in the building. You can sense the history of the place and it’s just been something I've always been attracted to. These images were taken at Mansfield Methodist on July 4th, 2025.
